Led a workshop with senior management and managed the project with a brand communications agency to create the identity and assets for ‘Love Rowing’.
Platform development
Developed plans, processes, policies and associated documentation to underpin operations for the charity: governance, database, fundraising, communications.
Launch event
Led the process to appoint an event management company to help us deliver the launch event in November 2019 with 200 people in attendance at Cutty Sark, London.
